DANSLOKAAL is the annual talent development project of Conny Janssen Danst, in collaboration with Dansateliers and Korzo, in which talented makers are invited to develop new work with the Rotterdam company’s dancers.
During the project, three young makers are given the opportunity to develop new work for and with the dancers of Conny Janssen Danst. In DANSLOKAAL 12 these are:
Bas van der Kruk (Dansateliers)
Sarada Sarita (Korzo)
Charlie Skuy (Conny Janssen Danst)
The young makers get the chance to work on developing their own signature within the professional context of the company. The result is a surprising performance with three new works, made for and with the dancers of Conny Janssen Danst.
