Our policy

The aim of our website is to provide all visitors with the information they require as well as possible. Dansateliers considers it of importance to handle personal data with care. We therefore do not provide third parties with personal data unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not use personal data without visitors’ permission to send something.

Our site contains links to other websites. Dansateliers has no influence on the policies of these websites and can there for not be held responsible for the working of these sites.

Information that you provide yourself

We ask you for your contact information during the purchase of a ticket on our Stager-ticketshop, via our registration form regarding studio rent as well as a subscription to our newsletter. In addition to contact information such as name and e-mail, we ask for your place of residence and country. On our Stager-ticketshop we specifically ask for zip code / house number. The zip code data is collected for a research about Rotterdam cultural visitors that is undertaken by the Municipality of Rotterdam and Rotterdam Festivals. The zip code details are anonymous; they are disconnected from personal data such as name and e-mail address before they are provided to the Municipality of Rotterdam / Rotterdam Festivals.

Check and change

  • After registration on our Stager-ticketshop, you are able to look into your account-info by logging in on https://dansateliers.stager.nl/web/tickets > “personal details”.
  • You can change the settings of your newsletter-account by clicking “update subscription preferences” at the bottom of a mailing or unsubscribe via “unsubscribe from this list”.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Dansateliers and you have the right to data portability.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to zakelijk@dansateliers.nl.

How long we store personal data

Dansateliers does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected. We use a standard retention period of 2 years for personal data (personal details, address), with the aim to contact you if necessary.

Dansateliers only shares personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement we have with you or to comply with any legal obligations.
