Who are we looking for?
For this substantive position, we are looking for a connecting storyteller with a hefty dose of experience and solidity in your field. You are a developer, an enthusiastic professional who brings your own ideas, likes to take responsibility, but also enjoys working together. We are looking for someone who thinks about and builds on the development of Dansateliers. You are good at connecting different stories and voices and know how to bring together the right language and form.
You enjoy setting out a long line with makers and translating their work into an appropriate communication plan and executing it. We want a good, substantive story and a matching form per maker or project. As part of the Dansateliers team, you contribute to the vision and practice of the organisation and take responsibility for contributions based on your expertise and human qualities. You have a good understanding of themes at play in dance and/or the arts field and see substantive connections to our own story. Dance studios works in local and (inter)national networks and collaborations. You can make these visible and deepen their content. You live in (the neighbourhood of) Rotterdam.
