Domenik Naue (he/him) was born in Weimar, Germany in 1998. He grew up surrounded by culture and developed a great interest in experiencing and creating art. At the age of 15 he began to collaborate with friends at a youth theatre where he gained stage experience in acting, singing and movement. Domenik writes music and poetry which both occur as elements in his pieces, and has been participating in several choreographic works as a dancer and co-creator. His physical background spans gymnastics and circus practice. In 2021 he entered the talent development trajectory at Dansateliers, namely One Night’s Dance.
