In the last couple of months Connor Schumacher did an extensive research for his new piece Transitioning Performance. In our studio, but also on location, at several editions of the Moving Futures Festival, he developed new material for the work that will have its première on Saturday April 21st as part of Motel Mozaique Festival 2018 in Rotterdam.
In Transitioning performance Connor Schumacher tests the mental and physical endurance of the performers and the audience in order to reflect on our ability to deal with the blinding contrasts of the world. It is a vision of reflections and sounds that will put you in the sky, separating you from the life you’ve experienced until now. It is a theatrical exercise in focus, on small and large perspectives. A small step towards being a “professional human”.
Date: Saturday April, 21st
